Welcome to Clipped Studios’s website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, interfere with another person’s use of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site. You may not use the Site to throw any actual people from an airlock.

2. Email Updates

The Site may allow you to voluntarily provide your email address to receive updates about new games, releases, announcements, and related news from Clipped Studios. We do not sell, rent, or give away any of your information. I’d personally throw any spammers out of the airlock.

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive those emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at [email protected]. Seriously, we don’t want to contact you if you don’t want to be contacted.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, game names, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Clipped Studios. It’s pretty cool, right? But don’t steal our stuff.

You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission from Clipped Studios, except as allowed by law.

4. User Submissions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material through the Site.

5. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipped Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, secure, or error-free. But we hope it will.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipped Studios and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed the retail price of a Big Mac value meal in Lincoln, Nebraska, but in no case shall it exceed $20. The parties agree these liquidated damages are fair and reasonable in helping to avoid the risks of uncertainty and the costs of litigation.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Because so much of the internet is gross.

8. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on the Site. The updated Terms will become effective when posted, unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
